“Fantasy Cuisine” A term coined by Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh, that harmonizes both Mexican and Indian cooking, emphasizing on what these two flavors and traditions have to offer. We invite you onto our culinary adventure that showcases the beautiful harmony that these two cuisine posseses.
The kitchen itself, helmed by Chef Hernán Crispín Villalva and Chef Roshan Kumar, has created a ‘Fantasy Cuisine’ menu that blends both Mexican and Indian Cuisine. Based strongly off their roots, it emphasizes on reinventing or getting re-inspired from classic, homey, style dishes and bringing it to life here at the restaurant.
Throughout Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh’s adventures, drinks have always been an ever important part of thier journey. We have created a unique, adventourous wine list with wines that have thier own personality. Combined with cocktails & mocktails that can be traced back to thier travels throughout India and Mexico
